About Me

We all deserve space to be heard in our authentic selves yet the grip of life's challenges can leave us feeling isolated and misguided. Through collaborative conversation therapy offers opportunity for increased self-awareness, discovery and aliveness that can support you in reaching your potential. Through the weekly practice of meeting for sessions in the presence of a caring and thoughtful professional, time is designated for you. The process of uncovering your authentic self can be exciting and supportive as you navigate life's challenges - helping to refine a meaningful path as you journey through life.
My training is in psychodynamic and existential-integrative psychotherapy. I work through psychodynamic, relational and intersubjective frameworks. As a co-participant in the therapeutic dialogue, I will listen, share my insights and questions in response to material that arises in session, further assisting you in tuning into your own internal life.
I hold space for clients to safely explore themselves, whether they seek to overcome medium-term hurdles or work towards long-term transformational changes. Typically I meet with clients for weekly 50-minute sessions. My rate is $130 per session. At this time I am working with clients virtually, by phone or video.
Feel free to contact me to arrange a free 30-minute consultation - an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide if I am someone with whom you feel comfortable speaking.
