My approach to therapy is from a trauma-informed, attachment based, relational and psychodynamic lens. Working to balance the mind, body and heart, we will listen for your unique wisdom in all your behaviours. Together we will go through the painful emotions and begin to understand them so that you feel better about change. Good relationships begin with the awareness of learning your needs and internal boundaries and how to communicate them to others. 

Working with couples, my approach is EFT based. We look at how each of you are emotionally bonded to each other and how that translates in the relationship. Learning communication of needs and desires will improve the quality and depth of the relationship.

You will find me to be very authentic and real as a therapist. I am always supportive, empathic and respectful of concerns and desired outcomes in our work. Most importantly, I value your unique wisdom in the healing process.

I work primarily with individuals and couples. My focus is with trauma, attachment, personality syndromes/disorders, and relationship conflicts. My background includes training in addiction, depression, anxiety, Alzheimers, IFS, EFT, EFIT. I work with ADHD, OCD, BiPolar, BPD, Marital issues, divorce, parenting. I also specialize in Artists and Creatives, Professional and Corporate workers, and Health Carre workers.
