My approach to therapy is from a trauma-informed, attachment based, relational and psychodynamic lens. Working to balance the mind, body and heart, we will listen for your unique wisdom in all your behaviours. Together we will go through the painful emotions and begin to understand them so that you feel better about change. Good relationships begin with the awareness of learning your needs and internal boundaries and how to communicate them to others.
You will find me to be very authentic and "real" as a therapist. I am always supportive, empathic and respectful of concerns and desired outcomes in our work. Most importantly, I value your unique wisdom in the healing process.
I work primarily with individuals and couples. My focus is with trauma, attachment, personality syndromes/disorders, and relationship conflicts. I work with all walks of like and have a deep passion for the Creatives of the world. I have specific training with NPD and offer treatment for partners of NPD abuse.
I am also offering Supervision sessions. Certified Clinical Supervisor.
