In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to better understand your subjective world and the impact of your relational history, emotional well-being, and sense of self. We will actively and genuinely engage with your experiences so that you feel heard and understood.
Relational psychotherapy can be an effective tool when grappling with: anxiety, care taking/giving tendencies, narcissistic and neglectful parenting, attachment, self-sufficiency, hypervigilance, isolation, authenticity, masculinity, meaninglessness, depression, shame, complex emotional and intergenerational trauma, identity, and existential angst. My practice is informed by an IFS, attachment, trauma, polyvagal, and neurobiological perspective and grounded in mindfulness and empathy.
