About Me

When you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or need support with a life event, therapy can help. My office is a comforting, non-judgmental space where my clients are safe to voice thoughts and feelings that are integral to the self. In therapy, we make meaning with your history and transform destructive patterns.

As a Relational Therapist, I am here to help you work with your lived experience. Past and ongoing traumas, destructive patterns of relating, and major life changes can all be overwhelming to hold. How you feel can be hard to put into words.

I offer the safety and support of therapeutic connection in times of difficulty and crisis. In the right context, talking can help. By exploring and understanding patterns of relating, new ways of being in relationship can emerge for my clients. Therapy is not only for the most difficult times. You may be at a place where you want to take stock of your life, or wonder how you can access parts of your self that seem shut away. My approach is collaborative and invested in clients' creativity, resilience, and unique self.

I am committed to cultural humility, and always aim to keep in mind how your multiple identities (race, class, gender, culture, sexuality, and so on) impact both the issues you bring to therapy, and your experiences in life. I am trans, queer, poly and kink affirming and welcome and affirm the experiences of people who have been marginalized including sex workers and people who have experienced incarceration.

I am currently holding a short waitlist at my full rate, which is $150 for a 50 minute session. All of my sliding scale spots are full.
