About Me

Feeling agitated? Numb? Wondering how to get more out of life? Relationships feeling strained? Work feeling futile? Questioning your purpose?

This is all meaningful. Join me in your therapy to be curious, vulnerable and willing to move towards greater fulfillment and meaning in your life.  I will provide a safe, private, respectful and creative therapeutic space where you can feel secure in slowly opening to the deeper meanings behind your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

Being trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, we will explore how the conscious and subconscious work together at deeper levels to be explored and understood.  Our past is connected to our present and ultimately our path forward to our future will be determined by our understanding and listening. We can begin to identify patterns of behaviour, feelings and thoughts that can influence how we relate to ourselves and others. We are remarkable in our ability to adapt to continue, but the adaptation or coping skills may no longer be working, destructive and/or unable to be sustained in a healthy way.

Trust your instinct. Your reason to begin your therapeutic journey is unique and ready when you are. A different life experience is possible!

In our sessions, we will begin to unlock valuable insights that will assist you in moving towards your greater authentic self.

I look forward to connecting with you.
