About Me

I find that psychotherapy can help when: a life issue causes heartache, you want to improve yourself in some way, or life has become unbearable as it is. Meaningful progress will come from the relationship we will develop, including a sense of being understood as a unique individual. Feeling accepted for all that you are (both successes and failures) enables you to look at hard-to-face places about yourself, and discover new perspectives.

I work with how your unconscious mind has learned to cope with overwhelming life experiences, both in youth and adulthood, which have interrupted your natural way of being in the world, particularly your way of being in relationship with others. A stronger sense of yourself will develop, and you will make clearer decisions that are right for your particular life. You will come to see yourself differently, and others will experience you differently.
