My name is Andrika Rook and I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy. My clients seek help with issues around stress, anxiety, depression, grief, body image, trauma, chronic pain management, sports performance, goal-setting and day-to-day coping skills.
I practice with a compassionate approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and talk-therapy. I use a non-judgemental approach and try to meet you where you're at with an empathic approach. I am currently accepting new clients into my private practice, conveniently located by the TTC in downtown Toronto. I offer in-person as well as secure video sessions.
