About Me
I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy, which works with the unconscious, looking at things such as dreams, wishes, desires, and fears. I encourage you to come to sessions prepared to talk about what is happening to you in the present, and we will likely also end up discussing past experiences. I work with clients for medium-to-long-term therapy, meeting at least weekly for 50-minute sessions (extended sessions are an option). Meeting weekly allows us to create a cohesive conversation where we can explore your experiences in-depth. My office is a safe space where you will be able to move at your own pace.
