I have been a psychotherapist since 2003, and work with clients who have experienced trauma; depression; heightened anxiety; substance abuse / addictive behaviours; family / relationship challenges; and grief.
My training includes a range of therapy models (including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, Sensori-motor, and Internal Family Systems). Being able to draw upon a wide palette of approaches affords me increased flexibility when addressing the particular issues and individual learning styles of my clients.
